Another wonderful item incorporating all our favorites: that beautiful blue, pink, roses, and gold, with graceful, feminine lines. It caught our eyes from across a room. Can you picture it in your bedroom or in the china coset? Maybe filled with sparkly jewelry or precious keepsakes?
Made of what we would guess to be a type of pot metal, glazed, with hinged lid. Weighs a hefty 2 1/4 pounds. 7" long, 3 3/4 " wide, 3" deep. The bottom is a gold quilted florentine pattern, with sweet little feet. Small amount of corrosion on the lid, as pictured, and signs of wear appropriate to its age.
