proper little lady in a cinched-waist dress with a full skirt, bell sleeves and rhinestones detailing the front. she is wearing her sunday bonnet and a little tie at the throat of her dress.
there is a little bell-clapper inside the gown, but the sound is more of a tinkle than a ringing.
slight bit of chipping on the gold atop of her hat, but it isn't really noticeable, as it is so small.
she stands a petite 3 1/4 ".
color is a rich brown and touches of a creamy ivory (almost pink).
she would be so cute peeking out from a china cupboard.
japan made, probably in the early 50s.
there is a companion piece which is being sold separately. |
